What You’ll Do
- Complete windshield and auto glass replacements
- Deliver top-tier service across shop and mobile appointments
- Handle job tracking with smartphone/tablet tools
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Calibrate ADAS systems (training available)
Pay & Incentives
$25–$40/hr based on experience and equipment owned. Bonus eligible. Weekly pay.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Tampa Bay coverage area.
Must-Haves
- 4 years of auto glass installation experience
- Familiarity with a variety of vehicles
- Clean driving record and customer-first mindset
- ADAS calibration is a plus
