Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair, sealed system repair and field service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. We are wanting to add a technician that is sealed system certified and experienced. This role involves working directly with customers to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Appliance Technician will also be responsible for proper documentation and customer relations.

Requirements
- Must be licensed to work with sealed systems in refrigerators
- Must be experienced with trouble shooting appliances
- Must be customer friendly
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Able to work with refrigerator compressors and refrigerant
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of repairs and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in appliance repair and equipment repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and HVAC principles.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems is needed.
- Previous field service or service technician experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in assembly tasks.
We offer Monday thru Friday days and usually off by 5 PM

Pay based on experience

Pay: $21.00 - $33.65 per hour
