The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of a busy appliance repair office, supports customer service representatives and technicians, manages scheduling and inventory, and ensures customers receive excellent service. The role focuses heavily on organization, communication, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations of administratve staff and service technicians
- Supervise and train customer service representatives
- Schedule technicians and coordinate service calls
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Maintain technician schedules and workflow
- Manage parts and inventory tracking
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback
- Support billing, data entry, and office administration
- Maintain communication between office staff and field technicians
