What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service No Nights or Weekends position at Mr. Appliance of Salt Lake?
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customers
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Customer service experience preferred but will train
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
