As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and a front line representative of Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer concerns and working together to maintain the 5 Star reputation we are proud to have earned with the customers and in our community.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Schedule calls and communicate scheduling logistics with customers and service technicians.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns
- Receive parts purchased from appliance parts suppliers
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in other areas
Job Requirements:
- Two years customer service experience
- 2 years administrative experience (preferred)
- Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new software programs with proper training.
- Excellent typing/keyboard skills (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer focus
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
This position is a full-time position. 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. Ex: 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm
