The Role:We are seeking a polished, high-energy, and experienced Bilingual Sales Specialist (English & Spanish) to join our retail team. As the face of Mr Alex Jewelry, you will provide personalized customer service, showcase our exquisite collections, and build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an outstanding, luxury-level shopping experience to every client.
- Guide customers through our fine jewelry and high-end watch collections with expertise and style.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele portfolio (clienteling).
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Maintain store presentation, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in retail sales (experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or fine watches is highly preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.

- Must be local to Miami or able to commute to Downtown Miami.
