Responsibilities

HVAC Installer Role:

• Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both light commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
• Hand truck/furnace/air handler/condensing unit into place, level same and hook up refrigerant lines, power and control wiring and gas fuel line.
• Start and test equipment operation
• Must be punctual, willing to work as a team, and be courteous to co-workers and customers
• Must be able to endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing
  
  

Qualification

• Strong refrigeration and HVAC knowledge in diagnosis and repair
• Graduate from a technical or trade school
• EPA 608 certified preferred
• Osha 40 preferred
• Punctual, Responsible and Responsive
• Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus
• Valid driver's license is preferred
