What You'll Do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Leading and Supporting the team throughout the shift
- Maintaining Quality, Accuracy, and Fast Service
- Ensuring the store stays Clean, Organized, and Guest-Ready
- Assisting with Training, Coaching and Motivating team members
- Completing basic shift paperwork, cash handling, and daily tasks
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to demonstrate you are committed, hard-working, honest and friendly.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work (daily)
- Ability to work with computers
- Ability to assist the General Manager with team building
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
- Ability to communicate to all team members
- Sales Skills
