Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Insider, a vital role dedicated to delivering exceptional food service and creating memorable customer experiences. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will drive the success of our café or quick service restaurant. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and organized
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
• Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and assisting with restocking as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, upselling techniques, and serving customers effectively
• Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
