We’re looking for a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in both shop and field environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
  • Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
  • Set up, operate, and break down water treatment equipment at customer job sites as needed
  • Travel to customer locations to support installations, troubleshooting, and operational needs
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality
  • Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
  • Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements

 

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and extended shifts based on project demands
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and working in confined spaces for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise, and varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE, including respirators
