- Communicate job status, issues, and resource needs to supervisors in a timely manner
- Support job planning and execution to ensure smooth workflow and team coordination
- Make independent decisions within the scope of responsibility to maintain productivity and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education
- Prior experience in industrial, labor, or field operations with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Ability to understand and apply basic mechanical concepts and safely operate tools or equipment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces while wearing required PPE, including respirators in environments with dust, fumes, or chemicals
- Willingness to travel as needed for extended periods and work variable schedules, including overtime, weekends, and multi-day assignments
