Essential Functions
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to support strategic planning
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends,
- Perform business case analysis and ROI evaluation for new projects, investments, and
- Provide financial guidance and support to various business units and functions on budgeting
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency
- Assist and perform month-end closing of Operations cost centers. Includes providing a
- Utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance. This includes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- 3 years of relevant experience and/or training in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Must be able to analyze statistical and financial data.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Candidates must possess exceptional organizational, creative, advisory, informational,
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other financial software and tools. JD Edwards or
