- Transport materials, parts, and supplies to and from the production line to maintain continuous workflow.
- Stack and unstack materials safely and efficiently to support production operations.
- Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
- Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests.
- Monitor and manage fixture inventory to support production needs.
- Assist in preventing production downtime by ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals and customer satisfaction.
- Follow OSHA regulations and all MPW safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate equipment, inventory, safety, or operational concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and facility operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education will be considered.
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; forklift, receiving, and basic computer knowledge are a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to perform physical manual labor, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and position yourself to work in and around confined spaces.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators, when working around chemicals, fumes, or similar environmental conditions.
- Ability to maintain fitness for duty, work extended shifts when needed, and travel to support operations at various locations for days or weeks as business needs require.
