- Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion
- Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met
- Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately
- Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times
- Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested
- Assist with on-the-job training and support onboarding of new employees or transferred team members
- Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all work activities
- Communicate job progress, issues, and updates clearly to supervisors and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces, at varying heights, and in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions; must be able to wear required PPE including respirators
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state assignments for extended periods, and work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, and extended shifts
