- Lead daily operations for assigned industrial service job sites while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Set up and prepare job sites, including water blasting hoses, vacuum hoses, and related equipment.
- Transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from customer locations.
- Supervise and direct small crews performing industrial cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Work alongside team members to complete manual labor and equipment operation as needed.
- Operate specialized equipment to perform vacuum services, high-pressure water blasting, and pipe, tube, or hole lancing.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment to support safe operation.
- Assist with both technical and labor responsibilities as operational needs require.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout each project.
- Make sound decisions independently within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Support emergency response work, including responding to after-hours or unexpected customer service requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is preferred.
- Experience working in an industrial, mechanical, vocational, or related environment.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- One to two years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform heavy manual labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit, climb, and work in confined spaces while wearing required personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary.
- Ability to work extended shifts, travel for multiple days or weeks as needed, and respond to emergency call-outs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional work hours.
