Responsibilities
- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and care
- Conduct oil changes using hand tools and power tools, following manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance
- Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to team members and customers
- Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid checks, and basic repairs
Skills
- Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required
- Proven mechanic experience with hands-on automotive diagnostics and repairs preferred but not required.
- Some mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle parts safely during service procedures
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of tire service, oil change procedures, and general vehicle maintenance
