Position Overview
The Renovation Team Member is responsible for completing high-quality, efficient renovation work across mobile homes, single family homes, and other tasks as needed. This role focuses on turning vacant units quickly, safely, and within budget while upholding company standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesUnit Turns & Renovations
- Perform full interior and exterior renovations on homes and units, including:
- Demo, repairs, punch-list completion
- Flooring installation
- Painting
- Trim, doors, and hardware
- Basic electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches)
- Basic plumbing (faucets, drains, toilets)
- Minor HVAC tasks (filter changes, thermostat installs)
- Ensure all work meets company quality expectations.
Daily Operations & Reporting
- Complete Daily Work Logs with clear updates, photos, and progress notes.
- Communicate material needs, delays, issues, and completed tasks to the Reno Lead or Project Manager.
- Follow project timelines and meet turn deadlines.
- Maintain clean work sites and follow safety protocols.
Materials & Equipment
- Use company tools and equipment responsibly.
- Track materials used on each job and report shortages.
- Load, unload, and organize materials for assigned projects.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Reno Lead, Superintendent, and Operations team.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Represent the company with professionalism on resident-occupied sites.
QualificationsExperience & Skills
- 1–3 years of general construction, handyman, or renovation experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
- Comfortable working in mobile homes
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must follow all safety policies and meet turnaround timelines.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work depending on project load
- Pay: Based on experience and skill level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
