A leading Texas electric transmission and distribution utility is seeking a Project Manager, Construction & Maintenance Supervisor to lead New Service Delivery (NSD) project execution and supervise Project Managers supporting distribution capital, operations, and maintenance work.
This role provides frontline leadership across project delivery, safety, compliance, and workforce coordination in a highvolume, regulated utility environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited fouryear college or university
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in construction, utility operations, or project management
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or teamlead experience
- Demonstrated experience managing construction or maintenance projects in a complex, operational environment
- Valid driver s license meeting company driving requirements
Strongly Preferred
- Experience supporting or supervising electric utility distribution projects
- Familiarity with utility construction standards, design review, and scheduling
- Experience working in regulated environments involving safety and compliance oversight
