Location: This is an In-Office role at our office in San Antonio, TX.
Compensation: Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
- Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
- Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
- High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing weekly clinical reports to identify and manage cases with adverse outcomes.
Making daily phone calls to patients who received IOM services, using a provided script to ask thoughtful, engaging questions.
Documenting patient feedback with precision and care.
Communicating with patients, insurance providers, and attorneys to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
1 years of solid experience in medical collections is required.
Solid understanding of CPT codes, ICD-10, and healthcare regulations.
Thorough knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations.
Lightning-fast, accurate data entry skills.
Emotional intelligence with a compassionate, tactful communication style.
