About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires hands-on involvement in bidding, subcontractor coordination, and on-the-ground project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience with commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Oversee project logistics and expediting processes to ensure timely resource delivery
- Conduct inspections and ensure all project requirements and specifications are met
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to maintain project efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor, ideally on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes including planning, organization, and execution
- Experience with logistics management and expediting processes in construction projects
- Understanding of construction inspections and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required
- Experience in construction or real estate development industries is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed General Contractor (highly preferred)
- Experience in commercial construction projects
- Background in construction or real estate development industries
