No solar experience required. Compensation includes a guaranteed $500 weekly base pay, uncapped commissions, and a $500 monthly vehicle stipend. Successful representatives commonly earn six figures, with top performers earning $200,000 annually.

Compensation

What You'll Do
- Generate leads through direct outreach and networking
- Meet with homeowners and conduct solar consultations
- Educate customers on solar savings and benefits
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
