Reliability Engineer

Role: Reliability Engineer

Location Santa Clara, CA

GC and USC only

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product reliability qualification plans for hardware/electronic products.
• Perform reliability testing, including environmental and accelerated life testing (HALT, HASS, ALT).
• Conduct Failure Analysis (FA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify product failure mechanisms.
• Perform Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and collaborate with FA laboratories.
• Apply FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), Weibull analysis, MTBF, and Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve product reliability.
• Analyze reliability and manufacturing data using statistical methods and tools such as Python and SQL.
• Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, Test, and Supplier Engineering teams to resolve reliability issues.
• Create reliability reports, present findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
