We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience supporting React.js and Node.js application projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, and work closely with developers on API integrations, workflows, and system enhancements.
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience supporting React.js & Node.js application projects
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
- Experience with REST API documentation and system integrations
- Agile/Scrum experience including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- UAT coordination, test case validation, and defect tracking experience
- Workflow/process analysis and process improvement experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- SQL and data analysis/reporting experience
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
- Experience creating dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Apple ecosystem services or Apple security/compliance standards
- Exposure to frontend/backend architecture discussions
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger
- Experience in enterprise web/mobile application environments
