Position: Biomedical / Field Service Technician (Healthcare IT)


Location (Onsite)

  • Boston, MA
  • Norwood, MA
  • Worcester, MA


Job Summary

Support a healthcare network migration project by managing clinical devices, ensuring proper configuration, connectivity, and seamless integration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory and configure clinical/medical devices (including radiology)
  • Provide technical support and resolve tickets within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot device and network connectivity issues
  • Maintain service documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with teams/vendors and ensure HIPAA compliance


Required Skills

  • 2 years in biomedical / field service / clinical support
  • Experience with medical devices & EMR/PACS/HL7 systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, subnet, connectivity)
  • Strong communication & customer support skills
  • Valid driver’s license own vehicle (mandatory)


Preferred

  • Experience with Siemens, GE, Philips devices
  • Exposure to Epic / Fuji Synapse
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
