Job Summary
Support a healthcare network migration project by managing clinical devices, ensuring proper configuration, connectivity, and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory and configure clinical/medical devices (including radiology)
- Provide technical support and resolve tickets within SLAs
- Troubleshoot device and network connectivity issues
- Maintain service documentation and reports
- Collaborate with teams/vendors and ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Skills
- 2 years in biomedical / field service / clinical support
- Experience with medical devices & EMR/PACS/HL7 systems
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, subnet, connectivity)
- Strong communication & customer support skills
- Valid driver’s license own vehicle (mandatory)
Preferred
- Experience with Siemens, GE, Philips devices
- Exposure to Epic / Fuji Synapse
- Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
