- 7 years of hands-on experience in application/production support.
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-based application support.
- Strong Java development experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Java development experience.
- Experience handling critical production incidents and major incident management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Expertise in AWS - EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), Lambda, VPC, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancer (ALB/NLB), Route 53, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS (preferred)
- Expertise in Application Support - Production Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem, and Change Management, SLA & KPI Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Performance Tuning, Application Monitoring, Release & Deployment Support
- Strong Knowledge in SQL / NoSQL Databases, Query optimisation & performance analysis.
- Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows systems
- Expertise in Shell Scripting/Python/Terraform
- Expertise in Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge in Monitoring and Logging - Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
- Knowledge in ITSM tools - ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24x7 production support environment
