Role Summary:
The Technology Business Partner will own the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of Finance applications, including design, development, integrations, testing, releases, and production support. The role will lead technology teams, manage client stakeholders, drive service delivery, and provide strategic direction for the Finance technology portfolio.

Key Requirements:
- 12 years of enterprise applications experience.
- 6 years owning a functional domain end-to-end.
- 5 years managing technical/functional teams of 15 50 people.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Experience with Finance applications, financial close, sub-ledgers, Treasury, and Tax.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex, Avalara, or ONESOURCE.
- Strong integration experience with APIs, MuleSoft/iPaaS, batch or event-driven integrations.
- Managed services experience with SLAs/SLOs, governance, SOWs, and change management.
- Experience with SOX controls and financial close processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership experience.
- Consulting/SI/managed-service background preferred.
Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
