BA/PM – Sales BPR Team
Location: Cupertino, CA
Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, roadmap, and business workflows
- Create workflow diagrams, BRDs, test scripts, and maintain project docs
- Own project execution, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact
- Manage tools, stakeholder communication, and alignment
- Act as program manager for cross-functional Sales initiatives
- Handle end-to-end UAT (scripts, testing, triage, issue tracking)
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions
- Support training, onboarding, workshops, and org activities
- Drive data-driven analysis, root cause, and process improvement
Key Qualifications
- Strong project/program/portfolio management expertise
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- 4 years managing complex technical projects
- Skilled in user stories, test scripts, and analytics
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Innovative, results-driven, and quality-focused mindset
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP / Agile certification (preferred)
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
