What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Premier Care: Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic, collegiate, and high school sports medicine patients, utilizing strong manual therapy techniques and individualized therapeutic exercise plans.
- Lead Your Support Team: Work with your dedicated, full-time PT technician to maintain an efficient, seamless workflow for your patients.
- Collaborate Dynamically: Partner directly with Elite's orthopedic surgeons, our on-staff personal trainers, and massage therapists to provide holistic recovery paths to optimize patient outcomes.

- $77,000.00 - $96,000.00 base salary (based on experience)

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:
- Education & License: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid, current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or immediate eligibility).
- Clinical Excellence: Strong desire to develop and maximize your manual therapy techniques and programming skills to effectively treat a highly motivated patient population.
- The Right Attitude: High energy, exceptional communication skills, and a positive mindset. You love building relationships with patients, leading a technician, and teaming up with coworkers.
