What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients using a hands-on, individualized approach

• Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to drive results

• Keep documentation efficient, accurate, and timely

• Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their recovery

• Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional outcomes

• Support clinic flow and mentor/support technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in Tennessee

• Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine care

• Experience with or strong interest in manual therapy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Bonus Points For:

• Outpatient orthopedic experience

• Advanced training or certifications (CSCS, PES, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral level degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required
• Extensive training in orthopedic care preferred  
• Manual Therapy skills preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Physical Therapist must be licensed in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of two years of experience in a physician office or orthopedic setting (new graduates must demonstrate superior ability to perform through a clinical affiliation or by other comparable means)
• Ability to manage multiple patients and administer appropriate modalities
• Extensive knowledge in exercise physiology, bio mechanics, and exercise prescription (work towards Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association or Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine is preferred)
• Working knowledge of manual therapy techniques
• Working knowledge of billing issues, CPT codes, and basic knowledge of  
• Insurance related issues
• Comfortable effectively using MS Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Ability to work with Practice Management software
• Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor 
• Good communication skills and the ability to perform patient education duties
• Neat and professional appearance
