Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
- Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
- Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
- Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
- Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
- Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average reps earn $1,200–$1,500/week
- Top performers earn $2,000–$4,000 /week

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude

- Coachable and eager to grow professionally
- Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
