What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy solutions and help them make informed decisions for their homes and communities.

- Engage with homeowners and build genuine, professional relationships
- Educate customers on renewable energy options in a clear and simple way
- Guide customers through the enrollment process accurately and professionally
- Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Set and achieve personal performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Represent Mpower with professionalism, positivity, and integrity

- Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,500 (base uncapped commission bonuses)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
