Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
At MPower, you're not just talking about renewable energy—you're helping homeowners across York, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lebanon, and surrounding communities make confident, informed decisions about their energy.
- Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about renewable energy
- Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand the value for their home and community
- Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
- Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
- Represent MPower with confidence and professionalism while growing into leadership
Qualifications

- Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$2,500 /week (base uncapped commission bonuses)
- Top performers: $105,000–$115,000 annually
- New Start Bonus: Up to $1,500 in additional pay during your first few weeks
- Fast Promotions: Advance to Team Leader in as little as 15–90 days — all the way to Manager

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Coachable, open-minded, and growth-focused
- No degree required—your drive matters more than your resume
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—full training provided
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
