Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

• $1,200/week during training — guaranteed
• $2,000 /week for average and top performers
• Weekly pay — every week, no waiting

What You'll Do

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Introduce customers to renewable energy options face-to-face
• Educate customers on enrollment options and guide them through a smooth, professional process
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals set by your team lead
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally
• Reliable with full-time availability — Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
