Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 1 Years of Direct Sales Experience
• 1 Years Experience with training sales representatives
• Strong work ethic
• Charismatic 
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed set goals
• Ability to build and coach a team 
• Team and goal-oriented
• Ensure proper presentation of the company and its capabilities
• Ambitious 

Compensation: 

• Competitive weekly pay, including base salary, uncapped commission, overrides, and bonuses ($1,200 in weekly pay)
