What You'll Earn
- $800 weekly base salary
- $300 per KW commission
- $50 per KW leadership override
- $50 per KW vesting opportunity
- $500 monthly vehicle stipend
- Additional performance bonuses
- On-Target Earnings $160,000 annually
What You'll Do
- Generate and develop your own sales opportunities
- Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners
- Present customized solar solutions and financing options
- Build trust and educate customers throughout the sales process
- Overcome objections and guide homeowners toward a confident decision
- Manage follow-up activity and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Close deals and drive revenue growth
- 1 year of solar sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners daily
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 1100 AM-800 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with field sales and lead generation
- Weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions
