What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front canvassing neighborhoods, educating customers, and driving renewable energy enrollments.
- Coach your team train new sales reps, share best practices, and build a competitive culture.
- Drive results set targets, strategize, and execute campaigns with the management team.
- Represent with integrity educate customers accurately, follow compliance, and build trust.
- Stay knowledgeable keep up on renewable trends, sales strategy, and company updates.
- Earn $67K - $88.4K OTE (base salary uncapped commissions bonuses)

- Proven experience in sales leadership, canvassing, or direct sales
- Solar or renewable energy background a plus
- Confident communicator who can train, motivate, and close deals
- Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Full-time availability Monday - Friday, 1100 AM - 800 PM
- 18 High school diploma or equivalent
