What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a team of renewable energy consultants
• Coach team members through hands-on training and performance support
• Lead by example in the field

• Weekly pay including base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses
• Annual earning potential $55,000K -$85,000K Plus (Weekly base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses)

Previous leadership or sales experience is a plus, but not required. We invest in training the right people.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Leadership, coaching, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
