Responsibilities
· Efficiently process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages within the company.
· Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the company stock area, cataloging items regularly.
· Plan and schedule large shipments, ensuring sufficient storage space and staff availability.
· Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports, maintaining accurate records of goods shipped and received.
· Address and resolve issues related to shipping or inventory handling.
· Adhere to environmental management and systems.
· Resolve shipping issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
· Store merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods when necessary.
Qualifications
· Experience in a warehouse / shipping environment.
· Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
· Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
