Now let?s get into the Marketing Communications Specialist role:

• Devise innovative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation
• Generate high-quality blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and internal corporate communications
• Create and execute social media content calendars for company?s social media accounts, including but not limited Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop reports to track KPIs for social media and email campaigns
• Update and maintain all corporate profiles such as Glassdoor, Google Business and really
• Stay informed of industry best practices, market trends, and opportunities
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media and email efforts
• Maintain SharePoint Home Page content and Marketing libraries
• Update and maintain WordPress website content, inclusive of organic SEO
• Coordinate and submit for all local market and national award submissions and post award press releases
• Assist in the coordination of all corporate events such as trade shows, career fairs, charity events, networking events, golf tournaments, annual Holiday Party, etc.
• Assist in execution of internal company culture events
• Maintain inventory of all promotional items

To excel as our Marketing Communications Specialist, you?ll need to come with:

• Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Communications, or Advertising/PR
• 2 years of copywriting experience
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative strategies to increase brand recognition and client loyalty
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organizational, time-management skills; and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must have a team player attitude and be able to assist with an array of projects

Technical Skills

Must have advanced skills and be extremely proficient in:

• MS Office Suite
• WordPress
• HootSuite (or other Social Media management tool)
• MailChimp (or other Email Campaign platform)
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite a plus
