Role Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the United States. This full-time role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their document management needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. You will sell MPI Tech’s broader document lifecycle portfolio, helping customers automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, support compliance, and move beyond legacy-only output environments. Additional tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
This role is tied to our Fountain Valley, California office. Candidates who can come into the office regularly are strongly preferred. Remote candidates will be considered if they have a strong track record in enterprise software or document workflow sales, an existing network, and a proven ability to self-generate leads and close new business.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, account management, and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, document management, output management, workflow automation, ECM/EDM, CCM, print management, or related technology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships
- Technical aptitude to understand software and hardware solutions relevant to document workflows
- Experience in managing customer needs analysis and developing tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and office tools
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills
