Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily
operations of our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring clear
articulation of ideas, active listening, and collaboration to keep all parties aligned and working towards
shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory
management, shipping and receiving, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with our brand partners and in-house teams to ensure timely and accurate
order fulfillment, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, motivation, and support while fostering
a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure all warehouse processes and procedures are followed, with a strong focus on safety,
accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively resolve any issues that arise in the warehouse, including order discrepancies, inventory
shortages, and damaged goods, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track warehouse performance, identify areas for
improvement, and ensure goals are met consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that complies with all safety
regulations and company standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance
efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field, with a strong
focus and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing a small team with the ability to multitask and manage competing
priorities.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on active problem-solving and improving warehouse
operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with teams
and customers.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory management and order
management software Microsoft Office (Word , Excel, One Drive), Google Workspace, Quick
Books, and Shopify.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and maintain
excellent customer satisfaction.
- Take proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, both independently and as part of a
team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations with knowledge of
OSHA safety standards
