We are looking for a client-facing Migration Specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills and prior Banking domain experience to support Payments Migration and Transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include supporting migration activities, coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking project deliverables and timelines and communicating migration impacts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
The candidate should be capable of translating complex technical or operational issues into simple business language for non-technical audiences.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Prior Banking process experience – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in Migration/Transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder coordination and client-facing experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic project environments
• Willingness to work from client office all 5 working days
• Flexible to work between 7 AM – 7 PM shifts based on project needs
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts in layman language
