Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and machine learning implementation, with a focus on developing and deploying agentic AI solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making processes and automate tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives related to agentic AI.
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms that facilitate autonomous decision-making.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document project progress, methodologies, and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in AI and machine learning implementation.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
