Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Specialist located in Miami Gardens, FL. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing journal entries, and other accounting duties. The role involves utilizing accounting software, ensuring accuracy, and providing relevant financial insights to support the business. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and managing several companies.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills!
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4 years of professional accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with the luxury or automotive industry is a plus, not required.
