Role Description
As the Internal Project Manager, you’ll coordinate between our sales, design, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to keep each project running on time, on budget, and on point. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, crew schedules, and internal communication for a range of live-event productions, ensuring every detail aligns with MPG’s high production standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced production environments. You’ll bring a solid understanding of audiovisual systems and the ability to balance creative and technical priorities with operational and financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
Manage internal workflow for multiple AV projects simultaneously
Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication across departments
Track budgets, purchase orders, and project documentation
Support technical leads in ensuring readiness, quality, and accuracy of all systems
What You’ll Bring:
3–7 years of project management or coordination experience in live events or AV production
Strong CAD (we can train) organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of AV systems (LED, lighting, video, audio, power)
Experience with Flex, , or similar tools is a plus
