MPG Productions is growing, and we’re looking for an Internal Project Manager to join our team of creative AV professionals.
At MPG, we design and deliver high-impact LED, video, lighting, and audio experiences for corporate events, conferences, and brand activations across the country. The Internal Project Manager is the operational heartbeat — coordinating between our sales, design, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to make sure every project hits the mark.
What You’ll Do
* Manage multiple live-event AV projects from planning through load-out
* Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and crew schedules
* Coordinate communication across internal teams
* Track costs, purchase orders, and deliverables to keep jobs on target
* Support technical leads in ensuring equipment and systems are show-ready
What We’re Looking For
* 3–7 years of project management or coordination experience in live events or audiovisual production
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Working knowledge of LED, lighting, video, audio, and power systems
* Experience with tools like Flex Rental Solutions, IntelliEvent, Smartsheet, or Monday.com is a plus
* Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
