EA Langenfeld (www.langenfeld.com), an innovative Sales and Marketing company, has an exciting opportunity in the Vinings, GA area, for an energetic, self-starter to join our growing team as a Client Manager. The qualified candidate will be working within our expanding Home Center division. This position requires about 10% travel.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of work experience. Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably working with National Home Centers or vendors, is a plus. We are looking for an energetic, analytical thinker who works well with multifunctional groups/people and can coordinate the completion of tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of working with Pivot Tables, is a necessity. Overnight travel will be required a few times throughout the year primarily to industry trade shows.
Responsibilities include analyzing client POS data and making recommendations on improvements; developing and executing advertising plans for eCommerce-based programs; collaborating directly with clients to determine eCommerce product recommendations; completing new item set up and item maintenance in client and customer portals; interacting with customers and clients on a regular basis; and contributing to projects that maximize sales and profitability.
