We are seeking a dedicated Laser/Turret Team Member to join our team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating laser/turret equipment in accordance to quality and production standards.

Shift Available: Second Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating turret/laser equipment to cut metal components to print and MPE quality requirements. 
• Identifying raw materials, loading and unloading materials using manual lifts, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
• Working and understanding Inspecvision scanner 
• Assemble and disassemble turret tooling correctly and sharpen tooling 
• Perform nozzle alignment and focus lens cleaning 
• Perform laser/punch zero coupon before the start of shift 
• Flexing to shakeout (part separation), deburring, hardware insertion or press brake operations based on workload. 
• Responsible for following all MPE safety policies. 
• Responsible for maintaining an organized workplace through good housekeeping efforts.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience and Training:

• 6-18 Months running laser equipment
• Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand standard and metric dimensions.
• Knowledge on the use of measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, operate machinery
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions and blueprints
• Specific abilities include measuring
