Creating medical technology for all.________________________________________________________________________We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Trainer to join our team.In this vital role, you will be responsible for training all new assembly employees on how to properly use assembly hand tools and follow processes and procedures in accordance with ISO and FDS regulations.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we’d love to hear from you!**Shift Available: **________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:The role combines assembly skills with strong communication, teaching and coaching abilities.Responsible for leading and instructing other workers on how to assemble mechanical components according to blueprints and specifications.Duties include developing and delivering training, mentoring newly hired assemblers, developing training materials, and creating visual aids.Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and providing hands-on guidance for complex assembly tasks.Reinforce process discipline, ESD practices, safety, and quality expectations.Observe trainees to verify understanding, skill development, and adherence to procedures.Provide feedback to supervisors on trainee performance and readiness for production release.Continuously improve the training curriculum to align with product and process needs.*Rework, Repair, and Assembly*Perform investigation, disassembly, repair, and re-assembly of electro-mechanical medical assemblies and components.Conduct electrical, mechanical, and functional testing to verify product performance after repair.Document all work performed in device history records (DHR) and service logs to maintain complete traceability.Identify recurring failures or trends and escalate findings to Quality Assurance & Process EngineeringMaintain calibration and cleanliness of service tools, ESD-safe workstations, and test equipment. - ________________________________________________________________________QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience and Training:Five plus years of experience in Electro-Mechanical AssemblyPrevious training experienceExperience in use of hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and electrical test equipment (Hi-Pot) testing ________________________________________________________________________Physical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to stand, communicate, comprehend, and troubleshootMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds________________________________________________________________________Why Join Us?Mission-Driven Work: Help deliver medical products that change lives.Growth Opportunities: We support career development and internal promotions.Comprehensive Benefits:Medical (HSA-qualified and traditional plans), dental, and vision—coverage starts the first of the month after hire.401(k) with company match.Nine paid holidays and vacation time from day one.________________________________________________________________________If you're detail-oriented, team-driven, and ready to contribute to life-changing medical technology, apply today and grow your career at MPE.**No relocation or sponsorship available for this role. **You should be proficient in:Mechanical Troubleshooting SkillsMechanical Assembly SkillsBlueprint Reading
