This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, TX, for a Semi-conductor Wafer Processing Technician/Engineer. Responsibilities include operating, calibrating, and maintaining wafer dicing and resizing equipment, inspecting materials for quality control, performing basic equipment troubleshooting, and adhering to safety and operational protocols. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering team to optimize processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring precision in handling materials.
- Experience in wafer processing, material inspection, and equipment operation/calibration.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and handling diverse material types.
- Skills in equipment troubleshooting, quality control, and process optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and operational standards.
- Team collaboration, effective communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related fields is advantageous.
- Prior experience within the semiconductor, optical, or related industries is a plus.
